Sixth Annual Prickly Pear Festival

In its 6th year, the New Mexico Prickly Pear Festival is excited to return to the beautiful grounds of the Gutiérrez-Hubbell House for another year of food, music, arts & crafts & more celebrating everything prickly pear.
Our main festival day Sat 9/28 includes cooking demos from Lilia Avila from 3 Sisters Kitchen, Amber Benson from NMSU, & Tina Archuleta owner & chef of Itality, as well as prickly pear cock/mocktail demos. Folks can also get creative & paint their own prickly pear decorated pots.
